Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Sorry but no. I do not have a PayPal account.

Q: What are the Lower Fairings made of?

A: The main shells of my lower fairings are made of very durable ABS plastic.

Q: How do I paint?

A: JTD Cycle Parts ABS Plastic lower fairings are like many automotive parts this days. You can use rattle can paint like Dupli-Color (recommended) or have them paint professionally locally. Two very good links for painting with aerosol cans is one from Color-Rite  https://youtu.be/21fBWTsdJC4  and Dupli-Color https://youtu.be/WFCvvh2X-Ss

Q: Can I have JTD Cycle Parts paint the lower fairings for me?

A: Sorry but no.  I do not have any painters in my area that I trust for such a job and is best done locally where you can provide a side panel from the bike to match the paint color.

Q: Why did my lower fairings come with scratches and imperfections in the plastic?

A: JTD Cycle Parts products are custom hand made parts which use a process called thermoforming by taking rigid sheet plastic heating then stretching over molds to create the shape. Although this process is an affordable way to make low production parts, it is labor intensive and the sheet stock from vendors always have flaws from the factory. It is these scratches or flaws that may be visible on my finish products but are easily cared for during the painting process.

Q: What if my bike is not listed?

A: Call or email John. Always happy to help.
